LEGAL PRACTITIONER
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice to internal department; ensure that
their proposed activities, policies, business practices and transactions comply
with all relevant laws and regulations and assist in negotiations when
necessary.
Review and draft various contracts, letters and legal
documents;
Qualification/Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Law
Good knowledge of Nigerian Laws, understanding of the legal
system
Experience
Must have been call to bar with three (3) years practicing experience
at least.
Must have experience in land law & land administration
and Real estate investment regulations.
